What can Mili do with my SharePoint files?

Mili signs in as you, so it only sees the sites and libraries you can already open, including shared team sites. If a site isn't shared with you, Mili can't see it either.

Does Mili continuously read our SharePoint?
  • No. Mili opens a file only when you ask for it in a request. There's no background scanning and no indexing of your SharePoint sites.

    No. Your files stay in SharePoint. Mili reads a file for your request and that's it, nothing gets saved on Mili's side.
