Every sync requires your explicit approval. You review all notes and tasks before they enter HubSpot. Nothing pushes automatically - you maintain complete control over your CRM updates.

No. Mili only connects to HubSpot when you're ready to sync. It pulls your object lists (Contacts, Companies, Deals) so you can choose where to attach notes - but doesn't access or store client data in the background.
